How to Use Event Bill Splitter

  1. Enter the event name and select the event date.
  2. Add participants by clicking "Add Participant" and entering their names.
  3. Select the currency and set budgets for each participant in the "Budget/Money" section.
  4. Add individual expenses:
    • Click "Add Individual Expense"
    • Enter the expense description, amount, who paid, and for whom it was paid
  5. Add shared expenses:
    • Click "Add Shared Expense"
    • Enter the expense description, amount, who paid, and select all participants who share the expense
  6. Set the tax rate and tip rate if applicable.
  7. Click "Calculate Split" to see the expense summary and individual breakdowns.
  8. Use the action buttons to share, print, or save the results as needed.
  9. To generate payment QR codes:
    • Enter your PayPal.me username in the "Payment" section
    • Click the "Generate QR" button
  10. Share the generated QR codes with other participants for easy payment.
